Acquired in 2012, this corner site included a pub and commercial units which we redeveloped and re-let. The site now consists of The Radmore Farm Shop (New commercial unit); The Waterman pub, which includes eight rooms above the pub, and The Potting Shed venue outside; and No.30 Coffee Shop. Now fully let and retained in our portfolio.
