Purchased in 1983 and converted in 1993 from redundant farm buildings and stables, Bennell Court required planning consent to change from agricultural use to offices. The development required a sympathetic approach which helped to retain the character of the original buildings and site as a whole. This was achieved through the meticulous design and planning process which ensured the retention of many of the original features and materials. Now home to 12 offices totalling circa 10,000 sq ft, the office complex has been retained within our investment portfolio.
