Using our planning expertise, we were able to secure change of use on the land and this former industrial area was given a new lease of life. 

After clearing the site, which included an 8,000 sq. ft. industrial building, we gained planning permission for the construction on 11 new two and three bedroom apartments. These were designed to fit with the town’s overridings Carstone architectural style. Six properties were sold soon after completion and the remaining were retained in our portfolio.
